1982 Olds Tornado

1982 Olds Tornado

I have a Olds Tornado, that has an olds 307 5.0. I want to to slap that in my cad eldorado with ht4100. can this be done? i wan to use all the parts from the torn' and put them in the eldo'.

I would think you could make it work. The caddy computer might make the Olds motor run a little hot, but it should work assuming they are both 82 ish cars.

Yes this can be done. Here is a website where he tells you how to do it but he uses an olds 350 or 403...pretty much looks the same as the 307

you can make it work --like anything I guess but I would look for using a 350 /400/403 /425.
The 307 is hell reliable but for performance I think you will be disappointed --that is unless you do quite a bit of work to on the engine to eek out some HP
Myself I am working through a 66 toro 425,th400 to install in my fleetwood --the 307 is coming out .
