First Row: GM Corporate Title. There is no punch for shoulder belt anchors like in 66 as all fixed roof cars came with the anchors whether the option was ordered or not.
Second Row:
Date: Listed in 2 digits and a letter, this is the number of the month, and the number of the week in that month. 06A is the first week of June. 00 is a typo for 10, October.
Single Letter: A,B,D,E,F,S, X have been seen here, but not deciphered. These are not on all cars, but are above the sequence number on the tag.
Third Row:
Style (ST): Two digit year code (67) – 5 digit style code.
Plant Codes: LAN (Lansing), BF (Fremont), FRA (Framingham).
Body Number: Sequence Number of that particular body style made at that Fisher Body Shop that year.
Fourth Row:
Trim (TR) Code: Three digit trim code – letter of seat type
Paint Code: Two character code with dash. Lower Paint color first -dash- Upper Paint Color second. Upper paint color is the same as lower for cars with no vinyl, convertible, or two tone (with roof a different color). A different letter for two tone, and numbers for vinyl and convertible.

The car is a Cutlass Supreme with a 442 hood and grille. It came from Lansing as a Cutlass Supreme. The 442 trim code is 5V.
Ok, so it’s a supreme with only the 442 hood and grille.
does it have the supreme 330 320hp, powerglide. Cutlass side emblems , cutlass taillights and trunk trim, no sway bar and cutlass springs and front sway bar? what about rear gears? does it have a 442 dash emblem? Boxed control arms? are the headlight bezels cutlass? is the steering box same as supreme?

I have no idea. Member had a Cutlass with 442 grille and hood. He's been gone since his post 3 months ago.
Much appreciated! I've owned a '67 Toro Deluxe for 30 years and was a charter member of their (now defunct) forum and none of us could get to the level of detail you have for these cars. Yesterday, I just bought an all-original, well-optioned '67 442 convertible and thanks in-part to you, confirmed it's the real deal (along with engine and tranny stampings, boxed control arms, rear sway bar, etc.). Here's my tag and decoding - please correct me if I missed anything:
11B: Built the second week of November, 1966
S: The infamous undecoded code
ST 67-33867; Cutlass Supreme convertible
LAN 1976: Lansing built, 1976 in sequence
TR 973-B: Blue Strato Buckets, convertible
E-1: Midnight Blue exterior, white convertible top
GP1, WXS: Tinted windshield, power windows, power trunk
GP2, 2EG: Air conditioning, sports console
GP3: N/A
GP4, 4F: Remote driver's mirror
GP5, 5VY: 442 trim, deluxe seat belts without rear center
