1968 442 lower control arms

I pulled the front control arms yesterday in order to rebuild them. In doing so, I found the left lower control arm front bushing had elongated the hole in the arm, making it useless. In looking on Fusick's site, I see the control arms are only listed from 1969 thru 1972.

Can someone enlighten me as to what's the difference is from 1968 to 1969?

Thanks...

The control arms are ALMOST the same 64-72. I believe in 69 they changed the rear bushing to an oval bushing, not sure why maybe it was spinning in the CA. These will also work on your car if you don't mind having the oval bushing. I do think the ones with the round bushing are available, maybe someone else here knows better than me who might sell them. I had the same problem on my 67, same drivers side. I bought a good used on from a 68 at a swop meet, actually got both sides for 25 bucks. Again any of the years from 64-72 will work disc brake or drum. Its the bushing thing round or oval.
