67 toro leaf spring rear mount

Popped the trunk on friends 67 toro (pictures) is this game over for this car or is there a fix?

Nope when there that far gone it's parts only.
If you see this there is more just as bad rust hiding elsewhere.
I'll bet the floor in spots in the cabin are more than soft.
This is how it should look from underneath.

Of course there's a fix. The question you should be asking is "Is there an economically viable fix?" You already know the answer to that one.

thanks - yes - this car is done - already broke the news to her - might pull the motor for a spare for my cutlass - going to give it one last chance on the toro group on fb - if no action this car dies - too bad too - the interior is mostly great - many great parts - and zero interest so far
