Right Stuff Detailing Front Control Arms
Right Stuff Detailing Front Control Arms
I am doing some suspension upgrades on my 69 Cutlass and am looking for a little feedback on the quality of Right Stuff Detailing front upper and lower control arms
LCA6472
UCA6472
They are reasonably priced and most of the feedback I have read has been positive with respect to their customer service. Do not see much feedback on overall quality.
Thanks

The control arms are not an exact match for the GM originals. The angle of the lower ball joint is different.
They are offshore parts, and I believe that the quality of the components is lower than original GM or MOOG.
I would buy a nice set of originals, and rebuild them with quality parts.

I beleive these are the same as the no-name ones being sold on ebay for $100 less (for both pairs, uppers & lowers) than right stuff is selling them.
I know of at least 2 people running these cheap arms who like them and have no complaints.
Personally, i think I'd rather rebuild my stock lowers with poly bushings, and buy DSE adjustable uppers w/ turnbuckles for infinite adjustability instead of the arms with fixed geometry.
but thats just me.
If you are not specifically trying to gain additional caster by purchasing these- then there is no point in upgrading arms over rebuilding your stock ones.
