Rear Shocks
Rear Shocks
I'm going to have to get some new shocks because the car currently has some real old air shocks and they don't hold air in them very well anymore , and they look quite old . Do you think these would be a decent replacement ?

I kind of want the rear up a bit , that's why I was looking at these .

If the car does not sit at the level you want without the airshocks aired up then I suggest a new pair of springs. The upper shock perches are not meant to support the cars weight. The coil assists are a good combo with new springs, however the ride will be very stiff.
Agreed. New springs are not expensive.
CargoCoils are probably the best, because they are a bit firmer, and maintain the ride height better with a load.
If you want it high, get station wagon springs.
If you want to go cheap, get them at the junkyard.
