New Shocks: KYB GR-2 vs. Monroe sensa-trac
Wondering what you guys would go with between the 2 and your experiences with each or both, they are about the same in price so just doing a little research.

Monroe's quality has gone down the tube in recent years, I'd take the KYB's over Monroe in that situation.
Their decline started when lots of their shocks/struts started coming stamped "made in china" and they no longer required the vendor to ship defects back to the distributor.

I've put KYB GasAdjusts on a number of cars over the years, I've like them and never had a problem with them. I've also heard that Monroe ain't what they used to be.
RockAuto sells KYB, as do a number of other outlets.
While we're on the subject, I had been thinking of putting KYBs on my Delta, but then found out Bilstein makes shocks for them, too (I'd only used Bilsteins on BMWs and Porsches before - have a set on my 318 hatchback and love 'em).
Now I'm thinking of going with the Bilsteins instead of the KYBs, at double the price, of course... Anyone have any experiences to offer?

I had bilsteins on my 96 Impala SS they are IMO the top of the line shock and I loved them, but I cant spend that type of money on shocks, I got in on a GB on the impalassforum so got a decent deal.
