advice please

I would like to install 13'' brake rotors up front and add disc to the rear, front coil overs and upgrade the suspension all the way around. There are so many different kits out there, I am going to install large wheels and lower the car. but I don't know if I need drop spindles or tubeular control arms etc.... I would also like to know what vendors are good and have the lowest prices.

72 cutlass
455 soon to be stroked
373 rear diff 700r4 coming soon

SC&C is the best bang for your buck on suspension. Brakes... Baer, Wilwood, or Kore3

After doing some reading I don't think I need tubular control arms but now I am wondering if I should get tall f body spindles, drop spindles, or stick with stock. It is important to me that my car's stance is low and aggressive but still ride good and perform well. Any advice will help.
