67 cutlass rear suspension

How do you torque the rear axle upper suspension arms to 75 #’s with the weight of the vehicle on the ground?
I can’t fit there.
Any ideas or just put it at this torque and your good.

Put the rear axle on jack stands and have all the rear weight on it to get some room.

Or, drive the back of the car up onto ramps. Or, use a four post lift.
