Aluminum head 350 intake gasket question

This is my first time running aluminum heads on an Olds and I wanted some feedback on what intake gasket to use. The heads are ProComps and the intake is an Edelbrock 7111. Is the standard turkey tray gasket fine to use for this combo?

Thanks much!

Tom

No can't use the turkey tray with that intake. Use a Mr Gasket #405 or similar.

Hello Tom,

We have the correct intake gaskets to fit these heads perfectly. The Mr Gasket gasket does NOT fit this head. Like Mark said no turkey trays allowed...Lol

Thanks in advance,
