Pulley issue

Having an issue with my 77 Cutlass pulleys. Trying to reinstall A/C and found that the crank pulley sits 1 groove too far forward. Original motor was a 260, this motor is a 350 from a 69. No idea which pulleys I have on it as it was 26 years ago when I built it. Any help would be appreciated, part numbers, possibly suppliers, or someone who has a correct crank pulley lying around. This is what it looks like.

Yeah, I would swap out a 260 in a heart beat too. Had one in my 82 Supreme. Gutless wonder. As far as lining up the compressor with the pulley on the new block? What pulley do you have on there now? If you took took the 350 off a 69 and kept all the brackets (alt/crank/water pump) ??? Have a look at page 112 of this link (350 with auto/AC) belt routing http://wildaboutcarsonline.com/membe..._6_-_Sec_7.pdf

77 cutlass would have had KS 3groove crank KE 3 groove water, and KA 2 groove steering if I remember correctly.

You kind of develop a knack for detail after guessing what size bolt heads are on everything for 25 years.
I can look at them and know what wrench size to grab now that I don't want to crawl under something twice.

So is it looking like he transferred the pulleys from the 260?

Yeah I have a KC 3 groove crank, KE 3 groove W/P, and a KA 2 groove P/S. My guess is I have the crank from the 260 and the rest from the 350. I have a guy from another board who says he has the correct crank pulley. gonna meet him Sunday.....now to make some brackets for the condenser. NEVER and I repeat NEVER take a car apart and leave it for 20 plus years unless you want a bunch of headaches.

Yea the KC is your problem. that is a 68-71 pulley. The others are correct.

That is some of the best advice I've heard.
