If I have my 70 Supreme converted to dual 2.25 w/ Dyno. Super Turbos would it sound good enough for you guys? The tech that's doing told me that 2.5 would be a bit too much for daily driving. Is it that much louder?

no not with the right mufflers with the 2.5 in. exhaust the car will breath better but depends if your engine is bone stock it doesnt need the extra flow so a nice 2.25 exhaust will be fine those super turbos sound nice under acceleration and mellow out while cruising i had them on my 95 impala sounded good but not enoying now if you want loud and affordable get the thrush welded chamber mufflers 2.25 copy cat of flowjunk and cheaper for 30 bucks a muffler

LOL, no, you won't!

I'm 45. I got my TOTALLY stock 350 Cutlass when I was 16 (still have it, but it's not stock, nor a 350 anymore...). This is an addiction. You'll do the exhaust, then WISH you did the headers (and 2.5" exhaust). THEN you'll want a new cam. Then you'll THINK you need a new intake & carb. Eventually you'll install a higher stall converter (and you'll wish you had done that MUCH earlier). At some point, the 350 simply will NOT do, and you'll need at least a 403, probably a 455, or [gasp] somebody will talk you into one of the "LS" devils

My car had 46,000 miles on it, when I got it, with single exhaust. At around 60,000 miles, I put a Mallory Unilite ignition on it, getting rid of the points - MPG's and throttle response improved.

At 70,000, I had it dualed out - sounded better, no obvious improvements though.

Around 90,000 I put headers on it - everyone started telling me I was nuts for modifying a car that old, but I did it anyway. Performace improved.

Around 110,000, I HAD to change the cam/springs,..... it NEVER ends!
