There are two ways you can go about this. The first and easiest is if you have access to a pneumatic impact wrench. The nut will come off easily. Otherwise, what i have done in the past is drill two holes in a piece of flat stock that line up with two holes for the flex plate. You will have to notch the space between the holes a little with a grinder to clear the flanged part of the crank. Leave enough for a handle on one end, then bolt it to the crank. If you left enough metal end, it will hit the mounts of the engine stand and stop, and then you can loosen the nut with a breaker bar. Just don't tip the engine stand over!

Big impact wrench might get the bolt off. If not, see if you can jamb the flywheel some how. Or, make up a handle-type jig that will bolt to the pulley bolt holes in the balancer to hold it.

Your going to have to use a pry bar wedged on the flex plate bolts, and a big *** breaker bar and socket on the harmonic balancer bolt. If you have a heavy duty impact it may go a little easier. Then you will need a puller to get the balancer off.

Jam a screwdriver into hole on Flexplate so it jams against the block and have your buddy or kid hold it tight. Take the handle off of your jack and slide it over your breaker bar its a 1 1/8 in socket and loosen the crankshaft nut. The torque on it is 165 ft lbs. so making a cheater pipe is useful unless your related to Mr. T then you could just chew it off.
