Timing chain-what type- dbl? true?

Novice, I am (force not working). Would rather ask then stumlbe with a poor choice. Hmm searched for a while looking for what type of timing chain and found little information. Price range and types from replacement to true roller are many. Summit has from $21 to $300+.

Dick Miller catelog suggests street/strip 1/2" pitch steel or Cloyes roller. My question, is a steel replacement fine or are the rollers and true rollers really that much better? I have a stock 350 olds that is street driven. I don't want junk, but want the correct piece and not over kill. Suggestions are welcomed and appreciated, thanks.

To get an idea I sell a .222 pin roller for about $50.00 plus shipping. It's made in the U.S.A. Try to stick with domestic, otherwise the chains have a tendency to stretch prematurely.
