Timing chain replacement

I am currently in the process of replacing the water pump and timing chain on my 1972 CS convertible,350, auto with A/C, my question is after reading the CSM it refers to a specific sealant to use, # 1050026, what is the modern day replacement for this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Just pick up a tube of Permatex Ultrablack or The Right Stuff.
