ok i got an 86 olds cutlass supreme with 307 the only acc. i got on front of the engine is my altinator powersteering pump and water pump. im swapping my electronic distributer for a vacume advance distributer since i dont have stock carb and no emmisions on the car.

heres my prob either im not seeing it or its not there but i cant find the mark on the harmonic ballencer nor the guage on the block.

any ideas. or am i just not seeing it

 

A picture would certainly help from both sides in the front.

 

ok ill try and get them tonight. a freind of mine was saying if i put the #1 piston to top dead center and putin the distributer to #1 and hookin up a vacuum guage and adjust to the highest pressure

 

Now I'm hearing banjo music - were'd he come up with that one???
