Not that rare. Crankshaft seals (front and rear) are available on RockAuto

The factory rear crank seal was a rope seal. It is common to replace this with the rubber seal for a Ford Y-block (272, 292, 312) which is readily available and fits right in with zero modifications. Offset the seal split line about 5 degrees from the main cap split line and apply a small dab of RTV to the ends of the seal. Of course, be sure to orient the seal with the lip facing inward, towards the front of the motor.
Rare... thats not a rare part...now this is a rare part(s)

1984 307 seals aren't rare. They use the same crankshaft seals as a 350. Although they did have a foundry issue getting 307s available for a while early in the 1984 Olds production, big cars like your Delta and the H/O were prioritized to get their 307s first. 1984 Cutlass, Regals, etc., had to wait.
For those looking, GM engine gaskets are all but dried up out there. Many have been discontinued for years.
Rear seal is standard fare Oldsmobile, GM p/n 9772831 (if you can find them) or equivalent. Listed as "packing". Fit a lot of different engines, actually. Known a a "rope seal". Comes in the engine gasket kit, but not sure if Felpro sells them separate.
You can always try the Ford 292 (yes, a Ford part) rear seals. FelPro BS-6141. With the crank out, they drop right in. No modifications necessary that I remember and you don't even have to polish the knurls on the crank.
Front seal is GM p/n 552711, again, discontinued from GM, but available from 3rd party sellers. FelPro sells it under a front timing cover kit which includes the cover gasket and water pump gaskets as well. Felpro p/n TCS 13417. They also sell a kit with a balancer sleeve if yours is grooved under TCS 45270.
If you're rebuilding your engine, you should have purchased a complete gasket kit with a separate valley pan gasket if doing it stock. FelPro p/n FS 8653 PT-1 for the engine kit, and valley pan intake gasket kit MS 96027. (Intake gasket kit GM p/n 557866.) I managed to obtain a GM 307 gasket kit for pre-roller 307s, it was part number 22506498. It comes with everything the factory engines did, including the intake valley pan gasket. Except exhaust manifold gaskets as they didn't use them in pre-roller engines.
