I have read that when tightening the bolts on valve head cover, as long as you don't over tighten them, you will be OK. I need to remove one bolt to install a clip. Will there be any issues in that case? Or do I have to loosen all the bolts and then tighten them a little at a time as you normally would? Thanks.

 

You should be fine removing
the one. Just don't overtighten.
