Are the brackets the same for the 350 and 403, or different?

 

Within a given year, they are the same. The 403 and 350 (and all SBO motors) are externally identical. All 1968-1990 PS pump brackets are functionally interchangeable. There are some detail differences in shape, but all put the pump in exactly the same place relative to the front cover and all bolt up exactly the same way.
