power steering pulley bolt

Is there a special way to remove this bolt? I can not get it to move.

Assuming the pump is off of the car, try getting a second pair of hands to hold the pulley while you loosen the nut, or use a bench vise with extreme care. The reservoir comes off the back of the pump, and maybe there's something to grab onto there. Too bad, it's not the newer design with the hex keyed shaft.

Often an impact gun will do the trick...

Pump on floor, foot on top of pulley, impact wrench to nut.

Right hand thread - comes off counterclockwise.
