Piston volume stock style 403 pistons

How to calculate Piston volume in ccm from the pistons below

Recessed piston head is 0.150 inch deep x 3.250 inch diameter.

It's the calculation of the volume of a cylinder. Google is your friend here.

Just use this calculator, but you will need to use the radius (diameter divided by 2):

Then convert cubic inches to cubic centimeters:

3.25x3.25x.150x12.87 will give you the cc's.

20.39 which very close to the factory dish. I have seen 20 and 21cc used as the factory spec, that falls right in between.
