performer rpm intake on # 7 heads

Need help on the installation of the intake manifold. I have removed the old intake and installing the new one. My question is I have 4 holes in the intake. I was able to plug 3 of them with the plugs supplied. The forth hole which is on the left rear side near the distributor is considerly larger. My question is does this hole need to be plugged or is it to be left unplugged. A quick reply would be helpful. the engine is 350 olds

I plug everything for the install. As I need to add parts, I take out the plugs.
