Guy's i have a set of olds scripted valve covers they are in nice shape but need a little work . Im gonna fix all the dings and dents hammer and dolly them out and skim coat with some polyester filler and prime them . What would you say fair price for these should be if im selling them. IM not really trying to make money on my work just trying to get as much as i can for the covers them selves.

 

Copper, I sold a set of them earlier this year to one of our members. I figured 35. + the ride was fair for me. If you're going to put some work into them? You prolly would want more than that. I've seen them being sold for up to 90.00 but I think that's way too much. They are 73/74 production only - you prolly know that too.

 

yeah im thinking $50 in primer $75 painted black or gold.
