Olds 403

Does anyone have any suggestions on building a nice 403 for a trans am ? I have a very clean 80000 mile complete motor and would like to build a 350 horse weekend driver.

Been addressed a million times, a set of 5, 6, or 7 heads, decent cam in the 215-220 range on the intake @ .050, Performer, headers, duals, you're there.

Check the small block forum, there are a number of build there. After looking at them ask specific questions. Also work out a budget for the build.

And that is with a stock type piston.
If you go with 5,6,7 heads, have your shop put some 2 inch intake valves into them.
