i have a 72 cutlass supreme.. I'll noticed that after i break i hear a loud click afterwards.. any ideas?

 

my fiance's cavalier did that ended up being a piece of a not tightened drum brake hardware in rear over time they loosen as drum pad wears......took to the brake guy he tightened it back to specs it's all gone now

 

Are all the lug nuts tight?

If it was missing, it would be a lot louder
