Putting my engine together, I bought the comp cams 1441-kit for adjustable rocker arms and when I opened the package of push rods the ball tip of one pushrod was broken off in the packaging so no I’m a bit worried about even using them. Any suggestions on what pushrod I could use? They need to be 8.500 inches would the comp cams 7649-16 work or should I go with the Smith Bros. 581r-8500 restricted pushrod where I’m running a HV oil pump?

 

Ordered the Smith Bros. Pushrods, Comp cams won’t be getting any more of my money
