Question New heads for my 86 442 plz?

Hey guys,
I'm thinkin about putting some heads that breath a bit better on my 1986 442. What castings should I be looking for at the yards ? Or what model cars should I pokin into to find a good set.

I'll be usin the stock Qjet and cam, and intake but I was thinking about some roller tipped rocker arms, any suggestions there woudl be helpful too. Does anybody make a higher compression set of slugs for the 307 ?

Thanks guys,
Troy

Rocker arms are probably not going to help your horse power at all. & An aluminum edelbrock intake will only make it worse.

Some old heads will help, and are relatively inexpensive, but it will always be a dog with the 307.
If I were you, I'd just cruise it as is until it blows up around 220000 miles, or go with a 350,403, or 455

Also, I have always had a problem with the valve stem seals on the older heads, My 80 and 84 started puffing a little around 100000 miles.

My 85 has never burned a drop and it's rounding 155000 this month.
