If that is your car, I would imagine you have a 2.41, or 2.53 axle gearing at best.
Going to a 3.23 gear would be the 1st thing to do before anything else.
THEN, I would do the exhaust, heads, and cam.
Do the gears first.
It will have NO effect on emissions, and it will amaze you how much more pep it will have.

You really did not state what kind of driving, nor the transmission that is in the car.
I made a rash assumption that you would be driving it on the highway, and you do not have an overdrive. If you have an overdrive, you may want to go with a 3.73 gear.
True dual exhaust, with free flowing mufflers.
600-700 extra pounds?
Is that like 300 kilo's?
Wassup yall?
Are you taking the car from Houston to Florida in the near future?

Send a note to Brian Trick, or Monzaz. They will help you identify what you have, and get you the parts you will need to do the axle. You will probably have to get someone local for installation of the gears. In fact someone local (many 4wd shops for example), may have the parts, and service needed to do the install.
Expect a little ribbing if you speak in slang, here.
Es ist alles gute.
