M-22F question

Rebuilding 350 Olds. New bearings throughout. I see in the packaging it comes with a +10 PSI relief valve spring. Is anyone using that, or staying with standard.

IIRC, it's a pink spring that came optional, and the general consensus is that it's worthwhile. I'm seeing 90-100psi on cold startup with it.

Really, you guys are seeing that much?
My average is 75 or so cold, but it’s not as cold here as where you guys are.😉

Those are your clearances in my 358😏. Yeah, the warm spring and fall days here are like Florida in the dead of Winter. You can keep your Summers, I hate 85 in your temp, let alone what you get. We are expecting -25C highs this weekend, which why my car sits for 5 months of the year.
