Looking for a replacement radiator

Hello everyone,

After fixing a few leaks in the system, now all that's left to do is the radiator.

I removed it and noticed that it had already been soldered in a few places. I would therefore like to replace it with something new.

Can you tell me where to get one? Can I get something like this anywhere?

The part number is: 3002346-R146
When I search for it, I only find two threads here in the forum that mention manufacturers that I can't clearly find on the internet. I assume it will only be available from American parts dealers, right? I'm not familiar with the US, so I would appreciate it if you could recommend one or two such dealers.

One person mentions “Hairyolds,” but Google Germany finds lots of cool cars, but no dealers.

Thanks and best regards from Berlin

If you want an exact replacement you can go with US Radiator. It's not cheap but it's worked well for me. I ended up upgrading mine to the heavy duty version so it's even better than the original.

Since you're overseas, is there a shop anywhere in Germany that could repair the radiator you currently have? Even in the US it's a dieing service, but it might be worth investigating.

The exact Harrison radiators are no longer made. The best lookalike copper radiators are likely made by the US radiator company: US Radiator - US Radiator.
A second option is to find a good core here and have it rebuilt.

I'm assuming this is for your 1965 Vista Cruiser, correct? You might do a search for a 1965 442 or Cutlass with the V8 engine radiator. That should fit in your car core support. John
