intake swap

intake swap

i have a 330 in my 67 cutlass. i currently have a two barrel , in it now and i want to switch,to a 4 barrel . is the linkage the correct for the 2 as the 4 . or do i need anther linkage? i am switching to anther factory 330 olds intake ,

You may have to come up with a longer rod. 67's are pretty simple, just make sure that when you install the new carb, prior to connecting the fuel line, make sure you are getting WOT (wide open throttle). Then make sure your switch pitch, and down shift signals are there.

thanks just want to make sure ,brackets were the same ,before i started and found out ,something else was different.linkage is obtainable

On your intake gasket there are two types, 1 is a turkey tray, the other is a 4 peice for an engine that comes with a tray in the lifter galley area. When you pull your manifold, note which you have and purchase accordingly.
