Initial Timing

With #1 at TDC and the rotor pointing to #1 plug my timing mark is at 4 degrees btdc.
Is that a problem?
I just recently replaced my distributor after installing PerTronix.

No its not a problem at all other than you need to reset your timing once the engine is running. You may have to move the distributor one way or another to get the engine started.

Good to know. Just wanted to confirm that I wouldn't do any damage.
