how do i know if my engine is stock:S

I have a 1964 jetstar 88 4 door, with a 330 2 speed,but the engine is blue, does anyone know why this is, and if it is even the correct engine for the car. also how many horse should i be getting out of the 330.

read the block number on the motor. It is above the water pump next to the oil fill tube.
