Hey folks. Where can I find a replacement hot air choke tube for a small block Rocket 350? I fabricated one out of aluminum, but that sucker melted due to the heat in less than 3 months and now has broken off and falled down the exhaust crossover passage. I am refering to the choke tube that drops down inside the intake manifold on the pass side and connects to the choke and back of the carb. I do not want to convert to electric choke. Man if that aluminum melted then your engine is getting pretty hot! How about fabricating one from stainless?
