heater control valve help on new intake

heater control valve help on new intake

my heater control valve wont fit the new edelbrock performer intake(3711) because the hole is bigger than the original. has anybody had this problem if so what did you do to fix this?

i used one from a 307 if I remember correctly.

i thought some 350/307 parts were interchangable? esp for B.O.P?
i just got this one and it fit...
