i boughjt it with a leaking first port at the right header..
1. so bought mr gasket ultra seels - not working still leaking -
2. put 2 ultra seels in between --- still leaking on 2 ports
3. bought new headers (summit) - new sce seals - still leaking
4. bought copper deals - still leaking but even more than ever before on 2 ports

5. heared that a sandwich of ultraseel/copper seal/ultraseel may work
we will try this next week - or do you have any suggestions ?

i also heared about remflex seals may this can work

or have somebody any advices we also looked at the head end the sealingplane looks nice ... headers is brendnew... so why....

Are the header tubes hitting anything that is not allowing it to sit flush, frame, starter, etc..,? Sounds to me that they are not installed correctly due to some interference.

I guess it's true - everything in Europe IS older.

That's only seven years after the Norman conquest!

I have always had issues with headers and I have found that if I have them planed / surfaced, they seal up much better and go through far fewer gaskets.
