Fuel line routing and throttle body mounting on a RPM intake?
As you guys saw, I got my RPM converted to SEFI. I couldn't really find anything searching online as far as plumbing the fuel lines. It looks like the line loops from side to side on the back. One in on the front, is the other return? I also had to relocate the heater nipple to the front. Heater hose would have been right against the line in the back. Also what are your thoughts using the Holley square bore throttle body? Is a square to spread bore adapter a good idea?

Intake should have a cover plate with it that covers the Qjet pattern vs a square bore.
If you’re going with the Holley stuff then just use their throttle body.
Plumbing, it is what it is. Just need to work around the necessities.

Sounds good Mark. I will purchase Holley's specific base gasket as well. Yeah, I still need the Holley 1000 cfm TB, dual sync distributor, Terminator X and their drop in tank A body fuel pump. So only another 3 grand😬.

Hose added to the back between the rails. First time working with these style of connectors. Twist hose in CCW into nut then lube nipple and thread together till tight. I will have to decide on a regulator, would like one with a gauge.

Did Mark cut
that divider down or was that you Christian? Ive seen a few notched out and Im wondering if I should have mine cut while at the machine shop.

My customer is trying to get every bit of hood clearance possible because of the car its going in. So we welded up the sides of the intake to get rid of the spreadbore opening and then also milled about .200 off the carb mounting surface.

My 70 with the raised S hood, clearance will be no issue even with a stock style dual snorkel air cleaner. On a G body Cutlass with the stock hood, it is tight and that milling of the pad would definitely help. Mark has done a few of these, he says Holley's TB seals fine, I believe him. Their gasket looks like a good match to their TB.

Wow, that will be tight. I see a few of the 80's Tornado around for sale for cheap. Good part about those FWD transaxle is the closeness to 2004R, so upgrades are available for strength. It had been 20 years since I worked on one.
