Both of the bolts that held the ERG in place where broke off, so instead of buying a new intake I just welded a plate over the hole where it once was. This is a 69 cutlass with a 2 barrel Rochester. On the side of the carb there is some sort of linkage that hooks into the choke. It ran off of the erg valve, but I am not sure where it was hoked up to. Do I need to hook this up to vacume? When I got the car it did not have any vacume hoses, and I think I have them 75% figured out, the car starts, but runs a little rought after it warms up. can anyone help me figure this out, I am anxious to drive it.
