It's a 1969 350 that was originally installed in a car that was manufactured in Fremont, CA.
Take a picture of the numbers on the front of the air horn of the carburetor and I can tell you what the carb is beyond it being a Holley vacuum secondary.

The first picture is the intake (inlet) manifold. The second one looks like the drivers side exhaust manifold.
Take a picture of the numbers stamped into the front of the air horn (where the choke blade is) and that will help identify what the carburetor is.
