Does anybody know what size of pipe wrench i need to screw those tubes out of the intake? And plug them. Thanks in advance.

Greetings

They come out don't they? Like...with a regular deep well socket? They're more likely than not either 1/4" or 3/8" pipe thread.

I removed those EGR tubes from a 4A intake using a deep socket. Either a 5/8, 11/16, or 3/4. I don't remember which. A long breaker bar is needed as they are very tight. Plug them with socket head 3/8 pipe plugs. it has been many years since I did this so don't hold me to everything exactly.

It might be easier to just put in a step bit and drill down until they dont exist anymore and powerwash everything real good when done. If you already have the EGR valve port blocked, they don't really need to go, and yes I understand they block some airflow.
