Dipstick Help

Recently I had my motor rebuilt and after a while I went and checked the oil and the tube was broke off. The dipstick was broke and you could see where it made contact with something. The tube broke off at the flange and part of it is still sitting in the engine and I cant get it out. Anyways, I've been trying to find a solution for the dipstick. The dipstick was already kinked from bending it before to avoid the headers, or it was already like that when I bought the car. I've been trying to find one of those flexible braided dipstick tubes, but they all say they have an NPT fitting. Is there an NPT adapter so I can just slide it into the existing hole? Or maybe someone knows of one of these dipsticks that comes with the flange instead of the NPT fitting?

Also, any ideas on how to get the piece of tube out that is stuck? It broke off at the flange. I dont want to have to take off the oil pan just to get it out. Thanks for any help.
