Cam ID needed

I removed a camshaft from my 350 yesterday. It has 243450 stamped on the end. Hoping to learn the specs on it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Are there any other markings that might identify a manufacturer ?

Bill, thanks for your question. I do not see anything other than the number posted. I'm hoping it is clear in the attached photograph.

I looked through all of the common cam catalogs I have and nobody has an Olds number like that. I could be wrong but I dont think GM ever stamped numbers like that on the cams either.

If you are planning to re-use it the best thing might be to just put it back in the engine and put a degree wheel on it and see what it is.

Bill, again thanks. I even tried to look it up with dashes like Comp has their stock numbers with no luck. I appreciate your advice. Tom
