Build my motor

I have a 1971 350 block, and 1970 #6 heads, and the OEM crankshaft....I want to rebuild this motor, I'm not rich, but I wanna take my time and build something with some power...tell me how you would build this motor, from the pan to the carb, and I need a torque converter option, I was thinkin Saturday night special, something with about a 2500 stall.. .,....thanks guys

I have a 350 olds with 4.125 pistons so it's a 362 that is for sale and has been freshened up. pm me if intrested price is more than fair.
