There are several layouts for the vac hoses, depending on amenities such as A/C, Power Brakes, etc. Tell us more about your set-up, and I'm sure we can get the right schematic posted.

A question like yours comes up all the time, and the problem is that there is no single, all-encompassing vacuum hose diagram in the service manuals. You have to look at the sections for each system that uses vacuum to see the hose routing diagram for that system. So you have to look at brakes, HVAC, emission control, cruise control, and any accessories that use vacuum, such as a vacuum trunk release.
Here's a few diagram out of the '68 chassis service manual. If you're going to keep this car, it would do you well to get yourself an original, paper copy of both the '68 Olds Chassis Service manual and '68 Fisher Body manual. Both are readily available on ebay.
Air-conditioning system
Brake booster
Combustion control system
Crankcase ventilation.
