So... Is there a reason my fuel tank has a non vented gas cap ?
does it need that pressure?
I replaced it with a vented cap and now it kind of runs like crap..
If I hold on the throttle it will stay running , but if I let it idle it will die.

The car should have a vented cap. Did you put the old cap back on and see if it still runs like crap?

 

Yes I did... same issue.
I just thought it was very coincidental

 

So obviously not the cap.
