470 truck avenger
470 truck avenger
hello!
did anyone ever used a holley truck avenger on his olds 350?
would like to buy the 470cfm, because its the only carb-size which seems perfect for my engine. i believe in ,,go smaller,, with carbs
, espacially for normal street driven cars.
or is it maybe possible to change the throttle linkage from the 465 holley, so that it will fit for GM automatics too?, and where to plug the pcv then??
thanks, simon.

Yes, it's possible to adapt and use any carb you want on your car. My only question is what manifold are you running as this is a square bore and most Olds manifolds are spread bore, so an adapter would be required.
Linkage is no issue as there are many ways to adapt it. Need more info on your car and which trans?
PCV needs to go to full manifold vacuum, can be off the carb or direct to the manifold.
