403 rocker bridge
Are the two types of bridges interchangeable ?

As a set, of course, yes.
I believe the steel strap type is slightly superior, but either one can and will spin the pivot upon disassembly after long use and either break the cast bridge or twist the stamped bridge.
Cheap and easy to fix either way.
PS the mating part of the rocker can be exceedingly worn as well. Watch for that, or just get all new.
