403 Frame Pad Suggestions

I've been able to find the motor mounts for it very readily, frame pads on the other hand not so much. What have people here done to find one, or can I get away with the rusty crusty set that I have now?

Frame pads don't wear out, so they are not normal replacement items. The correct pads need to match the FRAME, not the engine. Then, the rubber mounts need to match those pads, NOT the block. What is this engine going into?

A '78 98. It sounds like I don't need to do anything with it other than clean them off. I didn't know they aren't a normal wear item, it just seemed like if I was going to replace them, then now while everything is out is the best time.

The frame pads are solid metal. They don't exactly wear out. If that car came from the factory with an Olds gasoline engine, don't touch the frame pads. Use 2328 style motor mounts.

It did. Ok, that's very helpful, thank you.
