403/350

I bought a 403 to put in my 85 cutlass, when i bought it it had already been bored .04 over, everything i have read says to put early 350 heads on the 403 for higher compression, i located a guy selling a 71 rocket 350 with #7 heads, 125$ im pretty much just buying it for the heads, but ill save it in case the 403 doesnt work out, any suggestions for this project? Should i be worried about blowing a head gasket? What gas do i have to run? Should i use the 350 crankshaft?
Im 15 and just trying to learn alot and have some fun building a badass olds with my father and grandfather

Have the larger 2.000/1.625 valves installed in your 350 heads. Otherwise you'll be restricting flow. CR alone does not make more HP. The engine needs a total package that includes compression and port/valve flow.
