Ok, I have a '72 Cutlass with a 2bbl 350, with th350.

The 2bbl carb is messed up, so I would like to swap a q-jet with an edelbrock performer intake onto the 350.

Will a stock throttle cable for a 4bbl 350 fit/work with the quadrajet on a performer intake?

Will the original transmission kickdown cable from the 2bbl 350/th350 work? Or is there a different one for a 4bbl?

 

The 2bbl and 4bbl throttle cables are different, but I've made the 2bbl cable work with a Qjet. You do need the Qjet cable bracket, which bolts to the two rear carb bolts. The kickdown cable goes through the firewall directly to the accelerator pedal - it doesn't interface with the carb at all on your car.
